ShareMyGrants.com is a membership platform that helps nonprofits discover, share, and collaborate on grant opportunities. ShareMyGrants.com is not a grantmaker, does not award grant funding, and does not guarantee that any grant opportunity will result in funding.
Membership provides access to platform features and grant opportunities available through the service. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their login credentials.
Membership subscriptions automatically renew every thirty (30) days unless canceled before the next billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.
All membership fees are nonrefundable. No full or partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period, cancellations during a billing cycle, or failure to use the service.
Grant opportunities are provided for informational purposes. While ShareMyGrants.com strives to provide accurate information and performs a vetting process, grant requirements, deadlines, eligibility, and availability may change without notice. Members are responsible for verifying all information directly with the grant provider before applying.
ShareMyGrants.com encourages lawful collaboration among members. However, collaborations occur solely between the participating parties. ShareMyGrants.com is not responsible for the conduct, communications, agreements, representations, financial arrangements, disputes, or actions of collaborators occurring outside the platform.
ShareMyGrants.com does not encourage, promote, or permit the copying, redistribution, or unauthorized use of grant opportunities obtained from paid subscription services or other sources that prohibit redistribution. Members are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to share any information they submit.
Members agree to use the platform lawfully, provide accurate information, refrain from infringing intellectual property rights, and not misuse the platform or interfere with its operation.
All platform content, branding, logos, software, and original materials are the property of ShareMyGrants.com or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShareMyGrants.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform or reliance upon grant information.
ShareMyGrants.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
